Position Summary

An IT Support Specialist is required to provide Tier 0 to Tier 2 technical support assistance and troubleshooting to all company Professionals. Support will be provided remotely via voice and/or email, contributing to the successful use of Information Technology Services within the company.


Basic Qualifications

  • Competent technical abilities in industry-specific concepts and principles
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of different technologies related to the services to be supported
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact globally
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge in Cloud Computing
  • Experience working in a global environment

Essential Duties

  • Requires coverage during standard operating hours and on-call support if needed
  • Troubleshooting IT Services incidents
  • Analyze and test software, hardware, and business applications functionalities and issues
  • Provide quality answers and follow-up to customers in a timely manner
  • Deliver administrative duties including reporting, event coordination, presentations, research, procurement activities, and invoicing
  • Office-based providing remote support
