Job Description

The SHARP (Supply Chain Analytics, Product and Research) team leads innovative projects across multiple countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Australia, the Middle East, South Africa, Turkey, Japan, and India, to support end-to-end supply chain optimizations and deliver the world's most customer-centric experience. We aim to place inventory at the right place, in the right quantity, at the right time. To achieve this, we build analytical products to audit and improve the systems responsible for inventory placement, and develop statistical models (forecasting, classification, and recommendation) and simulation frameworks to support A/B testing and drive supply chain improvements.


Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in SQL, Tableau, Excel, Quicksight, or other data visualization products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good logical thinking
  • Basic understanding of at least one scripting language, e.g., Python
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management System, Engineering, Statistics)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good experience with Python, R, or Linux/Unix on large data sets processing and statistical modeling/ML
  • Experience with AWS services, including S3, Redshift, and Apache Spark
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Job Responsibilities

This analytical position supports Supply Chain operations. You will work with multiple business teams to develop and maintain ad hoc/regular business reports and provide relevant analytical support. We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, hands-on Business Analyst who will work closely with internal and external stakeholders on:

  • BI products development and maintenance
  • Customer interaction and feature mapping
  • Ad-hoc analysis to investigate system decisions and metrics impact
