Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
- 0-5 years of prior working experience
- Knowledge of programming languages C# and JavaScript is advantageous
- Creative and passionate about implementing innovative IT solutions to tackle meaningful business problems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in software project management and agile development methodology is advantageous
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality MES releases according to the Release Deployment Management (RDM) Process
- Work on testing, solution delivery, and support for software programs and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end testing and performance analysis
- Ensure software development changes' potential impact is well understood
- Support deployment lead time metrics and continuous improvement on Quality Release Management (QRM) release time
- Implement and support MES Operation to the defined Service Level Agreement
- Work as a team member in the MES team and maintain effective relationships with customers, developers, and infrastructure groups
- Communicate project status and incidents timely to customers, groups, and managers
- Participate in discussions to promptly address daily operations issues and provide high-quality resolutions to users
- Responsible for MES on-call rotation and responding to ERT support
