Job Description of Wipro Off Campus Drive
Overview: The Trainee is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet client requirements. This involves using proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as defined by analysis.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS & Mainframes principles/concepts
- Proficient in Simple & Complex SQL Queries
- Writes intermediate SQL queries
- Exposure to automation testing principles
- Understanding of system testing and software quality assurance best practices
- Strong analytical skills for breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces
- Basic relational database concepts (e.g. table relationships, keys, SQL, and DB2 queries)
Communication and Excellence
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to share information concisely
- Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
