As an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop and implement functional test plans and test cases, performing various testing activities to verify, validate, and document software performance. Your role will ensure that high-quality products are delivered to clients by participating in management, development, and design meetings to address quality objectives at appropriate phases within the software development lifecycle.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or MTech (CS or IT) with relevant experience.
Technical Requirements
Experience: 0-2 years
Knowledge of manual testing (advantageous)
Familiarity with automation tools/scripting (preferred)
Knowledge of RDBMS and OOPS Concepts
Understanding of general relational database concepts
Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies and SDLC
Experience in creating and executing functional test plans and test cases
Knowledge of basic MS Office applications
Understanding of Configuration Management and Bug tracking tools
Good data analysis, defect reporting, and critical thinking skills
Job Responsibilities
Develop QA test plans and test cases to evaluate business applications based on clients' requirements
Develop automated test scripts for product changes
Document and perform functional, regression, and integration testing for all releases
Break down requirements into components for effective testing
Engineer test data for various testing types: configuration, installation, performance, failover, stress, and volume testing
Collaborate with the project management team to design tests meeting release goals
Work closely with other technical teams for effective cross-team coordination
Identify and document software discrepancies
Log, report, and track bugs found in releases
Prepare clear and concise bug/defect reports during the QA process
Communicate test plan status to the manager for critical path decisions
Participate in all phases of test execution and documentation, including functional, regression, performance, usability, integration, and acceptance testing
