Job Description:

As an Associate IT Support Specialist, you will provide global support to Infor users. Your role involves remote problem-solving, completing service requests, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the company. You will handle tasks such as Windows and MacOS troubleshooting, network and VPN configuration, Office365 support, and Active Directory management. Additionally, you will assist with server maintenance, security remediation, software deployment, and mobile device management.


Essential Duties:

  • Assist the Global IT support team in delivering top-notch service to all internal customers.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Perform hardware and software installations, diagnose issues, and resolve problems.
  • Handle application account setups and manage network, email, and virus issues.
  • Ensure timely updates and resolution of support tickets.
  • Provide support for mobile devices (Android & Apple).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows OS and MacOS installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in network connectivity, VPN configuration, and Office365 support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, file sharing, server maintenance, and security remediation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer.
  • Experience with ITIL framework, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Experience in Cloud Computing and industry-related certifications.
  • Ability to conduct research, assess new technologies, and provide expert recommendations.
