Requirements
- Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structures and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Advanced knowledge of SSRS and familiarity with other reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in developing SSRS reports, data analytics, and visualizations.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SSRS reports, ensuring scalability, manageability, and performance.
- Provide technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation.
- Collaborate with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that add value to the team.
- Participate in iterative review cycles to ensure results meet or exceed user expectations.
- Adhere to software coding and style guides to ensure consistency.
- Resolve support tickets related to SSRS reports and SQL issues.
- Leverage healthcare or Medicaid experience to drive process improvements.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Report Development Certification is a plus.
