Job Description
As a Trainee at Regal Rexnord, you will assist in designing, optimizing, and improving components, products, or processes by applying basic engineering and design principles. Under the mentorship of an experienced engineer, you will contribute to projects focused on manufacturability, quality, and cost-efficiency. You will also help solve technical problems using a solid foundation in engineering basics.
Qualifications
- Final year B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from a reputable college.
- Minimum 7 CGPA (on a 10.0 scale) with no backlogs throughout all semesters.
- At least 70% marks in both 10th and 12th standard or equivalent exams.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge in mechanical engineering areas such as machine design, failure theories, strength of materials, and engineering mechanics.
- Understanding of the product design process.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
