Skills Needed:
- Diploma in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience with security systems, particularly in Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Intrusion Systems.

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete sales estimates for the sales team, including project take-offs and scope of work creation.
- Perform quantity take-offs from bid documents and interpret specifications for labor and code requirements.
- Create system network riser diagrams and develop Bills of Material (BOM) and Scope of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with the Procurement team and Sales Executive to develop technical bid packages.
- Obtain vendor quotes for ancillary products and services.
- Communicate effectively with a remote sales and operations team across different time zones.
- Participate in cost review and technical handover meetings with the operations team.
